**Events & Marketing Executive**
The **Events & Marketing Executive** is a newly created role that is key in helping the team succeed and enable the company to grow and develop. You will be joining a highly motivated team that is passionate about what they do in a company that is going from strength to strength. **Key Responsibilities include:
- Event co-ordination and management.
- Producing a schedule of annual events with agreed targets, co-ordinating event monitoring and reporting to maximise the impact of events.
- Liaising with the Chief Commercial Officer regarding future and current events.
- Considering return on investment of each event versus objectives and present options for new ways of working e.g. webinars, live Q&A sessions, etc.
- Liaising with current and new customers to provide marketing materials, developing relationships to build written and video case studies.
- Identifying new marketing materials to support our customers.
- Assisting in the implementation of social media campaigns and assets.
- Executing strategic and tactical marketing plans in line with company goals.
- Ensuring that the company is presented correctly.
**Your Profile**
You are a highly versatile, energetic individual who is detail and task orientated. You should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be practical with a positive can-do mentality. You will be able to personally develop, maintain and expand our event presence and be involved with exciting and impactful marketing campaigns.
Key skills include:
- experience of full time event co-ordination and marketing in a commercial setting;
- strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines and manage competing priorities;
- creative thinking and solutions oriented;
- self motivated, strong team player but also able to work independently;
- excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to multiple personas;
- competence when working directly with multiple internal partners;
- experience in B2B marketing campaigns (preferred);
- experience of carrying out basic office and / or administrative tasks;
- proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; and
- educated to A Level.

This role offers flexible working with the ability to work remotely from home but will require travel at least one to two days per week to meet with marketing colleagues in Bristol or with key stakeholders in London.
