You get to fully utilise your Business Analyst experience and **strong delivery experience of the Uncleared Margin rules (UMR)**, helping clients define and deliver the full set of**end-to-end Initial Margin changes**. **This is a business area you know well**, so we don’t have to outline every single detail of the job role you know the drill.... current state analysis, scope impact assessments, target operating model definition, Solution selection anddesign recommendations, etc. You can see full details of the job responsibilities on our website. **In a Nutshell.** We are looking **to get someone on board ASAP** and the joys of being a small (but mighty) consultancy with founders who are hands on and don’t take forever making decisions, means we can move quickly. You have the opportunity to **contract through your own LTD company** (we are IR35 exempt) **or** if you are looking for a **permanent role** and more commitment from us we are looking to grow our team on a permanent basis too. This particular role is full time... having said that if you are looking for a 4 day week don’t rule us out **As with any job there are some things you will need to enable you to hit the ground running. These include**: - **Experience of working as a Business Analyst -**consultancy expeirence would be seen as a distinct advantage - Hands-on experience within **UMR phases** and a **strong knowledge of the Initial Margin rules**: - **A good understanding of SIMM and GRID calculations**: - Strong knowledge of **OTC bilateral derivatives collateral**: - Strong understanding of the **end-to-end collateral operations workflow, IM & VM**: - **Experience working with key Initial Margin vendors** e.g. AcadiaSoft, TriResolve - Experience of the **TriParty & Third Party Custody models**: - Previous involvement within **vendor selection processes**: - **Being a confident and strong communicator**, with all levels and types of stakeholders - **Have a business-oriented approach**, able to work with technology, data and legal teams **Shout about it if you have any of the below...** - Previous Project Manager experience would be really handy - Strong knowledge of OTC derivative trading and end-to-end processing - Experience leading firms through custodian onboarding - Experience of UMR legal contracts, i.e. CSA/CTA/CSD, ACA, ECS, etc **What now?**If you would like more detailed role overview one be found on our website under current opportunities.
