My client who is an award winning healthcare provider is seeking 2 x**HR Helpdesk Administrators** to work in their head office on a temp to perm contract basis, based in central Epsom.

- **£22,000 - £24,000**:

- **Gym on site**:

- **9am-5:30pm**

**Purpose of the role**:
This role is excitingly varied, offering a fast-paced environment in which all aspects of the role holder's HR processes and customer service skills will be used to deliver excellent customer service on each customer contact. The HR Helpdesk Administratorwill be involved in the end-to-end customer journey, from initial contact, to case resolution and closure. Within this process, full attention will be paid to the accuracy of employee records, whilst information security procedures will be strictly adheredto.

**Essential**:

- Administration experience in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Office packages, with a high level of competency in Word and Excel.
- Demonstrable call management and handling skills.
- Ability to provide a professional, courteous, sensitive, and empathetic approach
- Educated to A-level or equivalent.

**Desirable**:

- Use of a variety of in-house IT systems.
- Experience of HR Administration
