Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Works (Helpdesk) Co-ordinator to join our Facilities Management team working at a healthcare site in Epsom. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hrs p/week, Monday to Friday.

**The role**:

- Support the Contract Manager in the allocation of work and provision of maintenance services.
- Daily monitoring of the schedule of works to ensure engineers are meeting the required targets. To maximise profitability of operations and deliver ongoing cost savings.
- Assist and support in the allocation of work to engineers using the CAFM system.
- To monitor the CAFM system and run daily reports to review emergency, urgent and failed jobs and report them to management
- Deal with all enquiries, in person or via telephone, in a courteous and efficient manner. To build good working relationships with all service users and ascertain their individual needs.
- Order materials and services as required. Where necessary, contact approved contractors and obtain quotations and prices.
- To support the team with site inductions and permits as required
- To assist in the administration of budgeting and financial management systems.
- Ensure that accurate records are kept for all work carried out, that the records are up to date and available for inclusion in the monthly performance report.
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**The person**:

- Financially and commercially astute with experience of handling purchase orders, etc.
- Excellent administration skills and a high level of customer service skills
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Flexible approach with the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
