**The Role**
The James Retail Group is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant whose principal responsibility will be to maximise sales in-store through excellence in customer service. You will support the Store Manager in ensuring that stock is replenished, administration is accurate and completed in line within the required timescales, and customer enquiries are dealt with in an effective and timely manner. You will have accountability for stock, cash, and merchandising.

In order to perform your role as Sales Assistant, you will receive an in-depth training plan with exceptional learning and development opportunities.

**The Person**
As a Sales Assistant, you must be customer focused, have the ability to maintain good product knowledge at all times; and above all, possess excellent communication skills to be able to deliver the first-rate customer service that is recognised in the community.
