**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for hospitality.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus, offering recommendations when necessary.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for order processing.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance their dining experience.
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including resetting tables and ensuring a tidy environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous, particularly in relation to food preparation and handling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others, ensuring that all guests feel valued and cared for during their visit.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£17.90 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
