Creative Blossom need more team members, we're looking for someone who has a lot of energy, passion, drive and enthusiasm for working in a busy production gifting workshop. Hours are flexible Monday - Wednesday initially but could change to Monday -Friday.

You need to be flexible to go from 8hrs a week initially to 20+ hours a week as we grow increasingly busy in the coming months.

**Main duties and responsibilities **- but are not limited to:

- Learning all aspects of industrial embroidery
- Packing and dispatching orders
- Working to strict deadlines
- Being a team player but you must also excel in working alone
- Strict quality control to ensure orders exceed customer expectations
- Managing stock
- Keeping the workshop clean and organised
- Managing own workload and prioritising tasks to meet daily deadlines

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**
- Strong organisation skills
- A-Level or Btec qualification(s) and above
- Excellent time management skills
- Confidence and ability to work during busy gifting times
- Great interpersonal skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Excellent Team spirit, work ethic and enthusiasm
- Attention to detail and taking pride in your work
- Competent with Microsoft Word and computer literate

**PAY & HOURS**
- Miniumum wage
- Monday -Wednesday

**ABOUT YOU**

You need to have an excellent eye for creativity, be willing to muck in and undertake all the tasks required to run a successful online boutique such as ours. We need someone who is forward thinking and can manage a large workload and work independently.

Experience with industrial embroidery machines would be to your advantage but is not necessary as full training will be given.

This is a very hands-on role and some elements of the role are physically demanding such as being on your feet for long periods of time. You will need to have steady hands and a good eye with excellent attention to detail.

The work is very fast-paced and you will need the stamina to be quick on your feet and keep up with the demand. No two days are the same, your work will require acute finesse along with the physical strength to lift heavy royal mail sacks and move boxes around the warehouse when re-stocking, packing, tidying or sorting.
