- Job description- In this role you will:

- Be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about a permit, offering technical and practical advice
- Co-ordinate responses to correspondence and enquiries, ensuring that customers receive responses within the agreed timeframe
- Facilitate effective working across the team by maintaining and developing information storage and retrieval systems and keeping information up to date and readily accessible.

The role will be based at Trentside Offices (Nottingham) with flexible working.
You will also enhance the Areas incident response capability by having an incident management role.
- The team- Partnership and Strategic Overview Team (PSO) work with all Risk Management Authorities and communities to design, develop, fund and deliver flood risk management assets to reduce flood risk.
We compile and use the best available evidence through our mapping/modelling and data work to inform our long term plans and investment programme. PSO provide advice for development proposals, process permits for works and working closely with planners, to influence the location and design of new developments.
- Experience/skills required- Full training would be offered. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate:

- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers
- Deliver work by planning, tracking, gathering and maintaining data/information
- Working under own initiative and as part of a team to make decisions and achieve planned outcomes
