Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs for residents to promote socialization, physical activity, and mental stimulation.
- Coordinate and schedule activities, ensuring a variety of options are available to meet the diverse interests and abilities of residents.
- Collaborate with other staff members to plan and execute special events and outings.
- Provide counseling and support to residents on aging issues, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities and document any changes or concerns in their well-being.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in activities programming for seniors.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with older adults, or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff members.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
