Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Streetworks Co-ordinator located in Stockton-On-Tees. The Streetworks Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating streetwork activities, liaising with local authorities and utility companies, ensuring compliance with regulations and permits, and maintaining accurate records of streetworks. In addition, the role includes conducting site visits, monitoring project progress, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in coordinating streetworks and liaising with local authorities and utility companies
  • Knowledge of regulations, permits, and compliance requirements related to streetworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and maintaining accurate records
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently
  • Commitment to safety and ensuring all work is carried out safely
  • Relevant qualifications in streetworks, project management, or related fields are a plus
