**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of high-quality early years programmes that promote children's learning and development.
- Manage staff effectively, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive working environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and well-being.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the nursery's reputation within the community.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Ensure that health and safety standards are upheld at all times within the nursery setting.

**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is essential.
- A background in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in managing daily operations within a nursery or similar environment is an advantage.
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.51 per hour
