With planned steady growth over the next few years, further resources are required to ensure that their people have the HR support they need. The purpose of this role is to build and maintain relationships with employees and enable HR best practice, playing your part in their future plans. You will be joining the already established Team, who thrive in the fast paced retail environment, reporting to the Senior HR advisor. Based at our clients south west London Head office, this is an exciting opportunity to start to develop your business partnering skills.

**What will you be doing?**

Your primary role will be to support the successful delivery of the strategic people strategy, creating a workplace that their people love Here is a snapshot of what you will be responsible for:

- You will be the first port of call for leaders within your area. Guiding and supporting leaders to deliver best practice.
- You will be responsible for all ER issues, managing a high case load, end to end.
- ER will be approximately 65% of your day to day activity, with the remainder focusing on HR projects - e.g driving leadership capability, driving engagement, creating and rolling out an employee people hub.
- You will work with L&D to improve leadership capability, ensuring that managers have the tools they need to handle all things ER, in a fair manner, in line with the company's values.
- B uild strong stakeholder relationships at all levels, becoming a trusted advisor, driving success and curating a positive working environment - continuing to build the positive internal HR brand.
- You will play a key part in all things HR, delivering an exceptional experience across the employee life cycle - From onboarding to to leaving interviews though to reward and recognition initiatives.
- Play a key role in the delivery and successful embedding of HR initiatives that enable the business to achieve its goals.
- Be a positive role model and advocate, striving to deliver the very best in employee experience.

- You will come from a retail background
- Ideally CIPD qualified (level 5)

- £38,000 - £45,000 base salary (D.O.E)
