**The Role**

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Produce reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material.
- Set up, maintain and archive files ensuring compliance with opening and closing procedures, money laundering procedures, signed terms of business, agreements etc.
- Raise and send out marketing and sales fee invoices, dealing with queries.
- Contribute to providing content for the social media profile of the department/geographic locations.
- Responsible for managing comparable database and obtaining comparable evidence.
- Responsible for completing the valuations register and for managing the valuations process and ensuring compliance checks are followed.
- Understand regulatory compliance requirements and responsible for ensuring all required documentation is received and processed to meet regulatory requirements.
- Prepare letters of engagement.
- Deal with clients to provide updates and obtain information.
- Process mail merges.
- Responsible for filing/photocopying/scanning/archiving/printing/binding.
- Handle telephone calls, take messages and cover phones.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, arranging couriers etc.
- Help at internal/external department events and arranging and coordinating team meetings and events.
- Support fee earners with research.
- Support client reporting requirements.
- Assist the agency team with sales related work.

**What you will need to succeed**

Qualifications and IT skills
- Intermediate IT skills.

Experience and Knowledge
- Experience in an administrative role within the property market.
- Experience of using social media for business purposes.
