Our client is looking for a QHSE Coordinator for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.

**Role**

The QHSE Coordinator is responsible for supporting the QHSE Department in all QHSE tasks. They shall also help coordinate and communicate all related activities in all QHSE aspects.

**Responsibilities**
- Compilation of electronic documentation packs using customer quality plans
- Documenting and communicating all Non-Conformances internally and externally
- Creating and reviewing Risk Assessments
- Creating and reviewing COSHH Assessments
- Creation of dimensional reports from engineering drawings
- Performing Root Cause Analysis
- Compilation of evidence for Root Cause Analysis
- Supporting the development of QA/HSE procedures and standards.
- Updating of Quality documents in line with relevant standards
- Conducting Internal Audit programme
- Supporting in External Audits with customers and certification bodies
- Supporting in Supplier Audits and performance management reviews
- Supporting in creating and developing competency and training matrix for QHSE department
- Producing quarterly reports to inform senior management of QHSE issues and submission of QHSE statistics
- Management of trackers for department and corresponding visual management tools
- Supporting in QHSE initiatives and improvements

Additional Responsibilities
- Promoting Company Health and Safety policies and communicate effective awareness of the risks and hazards to all personnel and maintain controls necessary for their safety and that of others.
- Performing all duties in accordance with the Company’s Quality Procedures and Work Instructions to deliver and maintain the highest standards of quality for all products and services.
- To develop self within role and participate in and develop from training and developmental activities assigned to oneself.
- To create and maintain good working relationships.

In addition to these duties/responsibilities there maybe requirement to carry out others as reasonably required.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Experience of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
- Experience with engineering drawings and inspection processes
- HSE qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH) desirable
- Experience with Q-Pulse and Progress Plus
- Experience in a similar role

Educational:

- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Full UK driving licence
- Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication (both written and oral), influencing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative, excellent time management skills
- Ability to build trust and good working relationships with colleagues
- Ability to manage and motivate yourself and surrounding team
