Marketing Officer

Logiq is seeking a Marketing Officer to manage Marketing Communications (both internal and external), and coordinate activities around identified Marketing Campaigns. This is an exciting new role where you will be responsible for consolidating and driving forward all marketing activities across the business, adding value to the business and working across boundaries to ‘get the job done’. This is a new stand alone role so you will have the opportunity to shape what it will look like in the future. With a strong "Yes" culture we are open to positive change, so your voice will be heard **The Role**: Hybrid working aligned to our Bristol or Chippenham offices, you will; - Coordinate all identified marketing activity, establishing consistent messaging across all media platforms - Engage with external agencies to ensure delivery of agreed marketing plans - Take the lead in identified marketing campaigns, working with marketing partners to coordinate PR, branding, advertising, key speaker opportunities - Have ownership of digital marketing, such as blogs, - Update company website with relevant content, new service offerings - Work with SEO partner to increase digital market awareness - Ensure marketing activities are relevant, focussed and deliver ROI - Coordinate internal and external events - Have ability to consolidate creative engaging content for internal messaging - Working across our Enabler & HR teams to update messaging across our internal platforms - Manage and monitor marketing budget - Work to agreed Key Performance Indicators, providing monitoring, analytics and reporting, including SEO performance, return on investment As the business grows you will have an integral role in ensuring delivery of key strategies and ultimately successes for Logiq. **Essential Skills and Requirements** You will be a confident administrator from a sales or marketing background with at least 4 years’ experience of managing multiple projects and the ability to ‘Cat Herd’. You will have; - experience of working in a fast-growing SME business, - a personable approach, with creative and unique ideas, - confidence and the ability to deliver to deadlines, - excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills, - the ability to manage multiple tasks and be proactive, - a keen eye for detail, - the ability to achieve security clearance (to achieve security clearance, you **MUST** have been resident in UK for last 5 years). Additionally, experience of working with Sharepoint would be highly desirable. **Salary**:£48,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus discretionary 10% bonus, plus benefits** You must live within a commutable distance of Bristol/Chippenham. **Role Rewards** - 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (pro rata) - Hybrid Working - flexibility to work part time from home - Pension: 4% employee / 8% employer - Death In Service benefit **Other information**: Logiq is a fantastic place to work.
