**Classic Shoe Repairs** - London's leading leather goods repair company, requires a bright, enthusiastic, well-spoken and presentable **Customer Service Advisor** to join this famous, family-run business providing service for some of the world’s finest brands and most demanding customers. To assist in the operation, housekeeping and development of the business in a friendly, efficient and effective manner.

Duties will include:

- Dealing with customer enquiries, orders and quality control. Resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
- Providing responsive, client-focused assistance to customers either face to face, via the telephone or when dealing with postal enquiries.
- Ensuring that Company administrative systems are always understood and adhered to, following the appropriate operational guidelines.
- Assisting in the operation, development and housekeeping of the business in an efficient and effective manner.

We are looking for a bright, reliable, team player who can love our customers as much as we do but, at the same time, can work well under pressure in a sometimes-demanding environment. Applicants must have a very good command of the English language with excellent communication skills. Reasonable PC literacy is required to use our bespoke computer systems.

In return for your drive and commitment you will receive excellent training for this role.

Position available immediately, to work a 40-hour week, 9am - 6pm over 5 days between Monday and Saturday.
