**About the job**:
This is a very hands-on role, reporting to the VP of Corporate, the key focus of this role is to be responsible for building and managing a world class revenue team. This is a pure management opportunity, you won't carry a personal quota, but will be accountable for your team's target. You will directly manage and coach a team of sales reps (AE's), who manage both inbound and outbound opportunities across multiple markets to build the pipeline to support our growth ambitions. As one of our 3 new Sales Directors, you'll each manage a different vertical, including but certainly not limited to Tech, Gaming, Beauty, Travel and Sports.

**What you'll be doing**
- Responsibility for the day to day activities of your team
- Ensure the team deliver on quarterly and annual targets
- Drive the training and development of the team, with the support of our in-house Sales Trainers
- Support team members with personal growth development
- Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with GTM plans
- Work closely with SDR Manager to ensure SDR resource is delivering on respective goals and objectives
- Accurately forecast team performance on a weekly basis, leveraging the appropriate tools

**Day to day responsibilities as agreed with VP Corporate to include**:

- Train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met
- Performance and development of team members, with the support of Sales Excellence and Sales Trainers
- Reporting on a weekly basis to Line Manager
- Develop plans for team sales activities to include sales strategy to achieve agreed targets, effective search of leads/prospects, penetrate new markets
- Prepare and agree individual action plans and targets for all team members
- Assist in the development and preparation of the organisation's sales strategy and general business planning
- Support prepare and agree presentations, proposals and price lists to enable the team to deliver accurate and competitive information whilst maintaining maximum profit margin and assist team members to prepare and deliver client/customer presentations, proposals and price lists
- Set an example for team members of commitment, sales activities, work ethics and habits and personal character
- Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities
- You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organisation generally.

- You have a strong track record of delivering against goals, both personal and team based
- You know what it takes to be successful with a sound understanding of processes and the role they play in sales
- Proven success coaching your peers
- Unrivalled appreciation for data led approach to sales, especially when mapping success for reps and the wider team
- A strong people leader - you will have experience developing and coaching sales reps, often in the early stages of their career looking for direction, mentoring and motivation
- Sound knowledge of Saas and/or Market Research
- You have experience with onboarding and training, to ensure you are developing team members knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis
- Great people skills - you need to be able to motivate and lead your team through the highs and lows of a sales environment
- Strong written and spoken English - you will need to present to your team and other teams, including the Exec
