This is an exciting opportunity for you to join **YMCA Derbyshire.**

Working Pattern**:35 Hours per week (Weekends and Bank Holidays**)

**About you**:

- Experience of working with people who need support in a number of areas of their lives, and of supporting people to develop skills or make positive changes.
- Ability to build strong relationships with professionals in other organisations, and to work with them to benefit the people we provide accommodation for.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage several competing tasks at the same time.
- Experience of multi-agency working.
- Experience of risk assessment and support planning.
