We are seeking passionate bartender/ mixologist looking to join our team in our busy Restaurant & Cocktail Bar in Hove.

Hixon Green, located in the busy Church Road and is an independently owned modern Restaurant serving high quality fresh food, cocktails and Great wines in a contemporary New York inspired environment. With 2 Floors, the pace is fast but the quality remains high

This is a full time role however part time roles will also be considered with good wage level & share of gratuities commensurate with experience.

Great potential to develop within a small & energetic team looking to push the boundaries every day plus the opportunity to be creative and develop new cocktails and drinks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
