Babble is Hove’s newest independent food, drink, and social space — and we’re looking for a confident, creative, and experienced **bartender or mixologist** to join our growing team.

We’ve already built a loyal following in our early weeks, and now we’re ready to take our drinks offering to the next level. That’s where you come in.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A passion for great drinks, from classic cocktails to inventive originals
- At least 3 years of experience behind the bar in a fast-paced, quality-led venue
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail technique
- Confidence, calmness, and charisma under pressure
- A team player who’s happy to share skills and support others
- Attention to detail and a genuine pride in presentation and service
