Bartender and Mixologist

Key responsibilities:
Serve a wide range of cocktails including classic and signature drinks

Suggest drinks to guests based on thier preferences and educate them on ingredient techniques

Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar

Ensure compliance with health and saftey regulations

Engage with customers professionally and courteously, enhancing thier experience

Handle credit card and cash transactions and comfortable with POS

Qualifcations:
Abiliity to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Strong customer service and communication skills

Extensive knowledge of mixology, drinks recipes and bar equipment

The role is working with an established team, working a mixture of day, evenings and weekends. No split shifts
