**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations to support team projects.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing correspondence.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking.
**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in administrative functions with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is advantageous.
- Competent in using computer software, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy is essential.
Pay: £22,949.00-£23,972.00 per year
