**HR Advisor - Tricel**

**Full time, permanent position within a growing manufacturing company**

**Location: Stonehouse**

**Hybrid working/ Flexible working options are available.**

**Training funded for CIPD Level 7 qualification if required.**

**The Role**

Tricel are looking for a talented HR Advisor to work closely with Managers across all divisions, carrying out a range of generalist HR related activities across the UK companies.

The role is an integral part of the HR department and has been strategically aligned to provide specialist support on a range of HR related activities.

We are looking for someone who has experience within a HR Advisory role with a preference for a busy working environment and who is an excellent team player. For the right person this role will deliver natural progression through Company growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide detailed and pragmatic employee relations advice across all areas.
- Responsible for recruitment and on-boarding of new employees, including inductions.
- Responsible for conducting stay interviews & exit interviews with employees, looking for trends and areas of improvement.
- Responsible for designing and delivering training in relation to the HR core training matrix.
- Assisting with the implementation of the HR system and embedding it across the UK companies.
- Update and prepare monthly reports such as; turnover and retention, headcount, diversity and recruitment.
- Develop policies and procedures that are compliant with UK best practice and legislation.
- Involvement in HR projects and initiatives, including diversity & inclusiveness, wellbeing days, mental health awareness etc.
- Attend career fairs and partner with the local community to improve the Group’s visibility and strengthen the Tricel brand.
- Maintain the employee databases, ensuring all relevant personnel information is held & pro-actively manage this to ensure it remains up-to-date;
- Support the HR Business Partners with HR administration.
- Any other duties that may be required to support the HR team.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Experience of working within a Manufacturing organisation (desirable).
- CIPD qualified to Level 5 (or working towards).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organised.
- A “can do” attitude and pro-activeness.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
