Who are we seeking? - Now looking to grow a busy Employee Relations team within the Human Resources department, by welcoming an experienced HR Advisor into the World Headquarters, Poole. As a HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting an existingpositive culture, bringing the luxury brand to life for all ofcolleagues.

A Day in the Life - As a Human Resources Advisor. You will provide a first class service to managers in all aspects of employment legislation and HR best practice, whilst adopting a proactive role to further our reputation as a progressive employer.

As a HR Advisor, you will maintain high visibility throughout the business to actively promote a positive culture, supported by accurate and clear correspondence and documentation to support department managers in managing their team. You'll be requiredto coach and guide managers to help them better understand the legal parameters and best practice which to manage their team confidently, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to CPD.

Your tasks will include disciplinaries, grievances, and ER related case work, taking an active role in managing employee absence, timekeeping, and occupational health.
