Were recruiting a dedicated Employee Relations Advisor to join our dedicated people team and support the colleagues who make our mission possible.We are a leading and growing charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and adults with autism and other learning complexities with our head office based in Christchurch.A day in the life of an Employee Relations Advisor would include:Playing a key role in creating a positive and supportive working environment across the organisation Advising and guiding managers on a wide range of employee relations matters including absence management disciplinary and grievance issues performance concerns in particular within adult servicesHelping workplace culture that empowers our dedicated staff to provide outstanding care and support to the people who need us most.Leading investigations and supporting hearings as neededAnalysing trends and support initiatives to improve staff wellbeing and retentionContributing to policy reviews and continuous HR improvement initiativesWe are looking for someone with solid experience in employee relations or an HR advisory role strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice and compassionate professional and confident communication skills.
