**JOB TITLE**:CCTV/Alarm Operator

**DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE TO**:Monitoring Station Shift Supervisor

**DEPARTMENT**: Monitoring Station

**HOURS**:4 on/4 off Night Shift 1800-0600 (including weekends/bank holidays etc.)

**Main Duties**:

- Responding appropriately to CCTV, Intruder, Fire and Personal Attack alarms to ensure that client security is not comprised
- Liaising directly with the client base as well as emergency services and other agencies when required
- Accurately recording events and actions in relation to Incident and Fault reporting
- All of these duties are to be undertaken in accordance with the Company Employee Handbook, policies and procedures and the requirements of Client Service Level Agreements

Previous experience, as well as a valid SIA CCTV License are desirable but not essential as full training will be given

**Person Specification**:

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Security experience would be beneficial
- Computer Literate (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Must have a 5-year checkable work history

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
