Ponticelli UK Ltd are looking for a Project Control Lead to join our team.

This role is overall responsible for all activities within the Project

Control team, overseeing Cost Estimating, Cost Control, Document Control

and Planning.

Details/Duties:

- Lead and support the Project Control team to ensure the highest

quality of Project execution is achieved at the optimum cost.
- Priorities and plan workload through effective utilisation of

people.
- Reviewing contracts and purchase orders from clients to understand

all aspects and dynamics affecting the project.
- Lead and coach the Project Control team inclusive of personal

development of each team member.
- Establish strong relationships while acting as the primary focal

point with CPY Management for the project control activities.
- Act as the primary focal point with other Azule Contract and PBS

leaders on Project Control activities
- Maintain regular interaction with CPY to ensure customer

satisfaction.
- Manage / ensure appropriate reporting on all activities, focused on

KPI data with narrative summarising key actions status.
- Assess and size adequately the resources required to perform all

activities within area of responsibility.

Foster a climate of improvement, where innovation is actively

encouraged and supported.

Qualifications/Experience required:

- Proven oil & gas industry experience in a similar position.
- Diploma with 10+ years’ experience.
- Languages - English
- Certification - People Management Technical Competencies Required: Previous experience of projects within Oil & Gas Industry Estimating project experience Budget Management Project scheduling Strong ability to prioritise and structure work tasks accordingly Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Team working, building and maintaining effective relationships. HSE & Quality awareness Ability to produce quality work under strict deadlines
