In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and client service support to Wealth Managers within a fast-paced wealth management environment. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of client activity, supporting both operational tasks and client communications. You will help prepare documentation, manage workflows, and maintain accurate records, contributing to a seamless client experience.
**Key Duties**
- Provide administrative support to Wealth Managers, ensuring timely completion of daily tasks
- Prepare client documentation, reports, and meeting packs
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity across internal systems
- Track and manage workflow items to ensure deadlines and compliance standards are met
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring processes follow regulatory guidelines
**Skills & Experience**
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a professional or fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in financial services, wealth management, or a regulated environment
- Knowledge of UK financial products, platforms, or advice processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow tools
- Progress toward professional qualifications (e.g., CII) is beneficial but not required

**Salary** - £25,000-£30,000 DOE
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
