We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Production Administrator with previous experience of working in a planning and manufacturing environment to join our clients’ well established manufacturing company based in Congleton, Cheshire. This role is offering an excellent salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits. About the company Our client is a family run manufacturing company and have a substantial client base, both locally, nationally, and internationally with several high-profile key customers predominantly in the automotive industry and with expansion underway into other industry sectors with a have a team of highly dedicated industry professionals with strong work ethics who take great pride in the quality of their products and are currently working towards ISO9001. About the role As a Production Administrator, previous experience of working in a planning and manufacturing environment is advantageous and your responsibilities will include: Identify components required from Sales Orders Review stock quantities and raise purchase orders where needed Schedule work on the Planner according to lead times Create Daily Job Cards with the production supervisor Receiving and check delivery notes from Goods Inwards Maintain stock levels within the factory Liaise with sales department to notify of any delays/issues About You The ideal candidate for the role of Production Administrator must be / have: Planning and Co-ordination skills MS Office (Basic Excel Experience essential) Manufacturing / Engineering Operations experience Stock management experience would be advantageous Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others Problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Able to share knowledge and be open to new ideas Health & Safety knowledge would be an advantageous Technical Drawings (Autocad, Solidworks etc.) would be advantageous Driving Licence – advantageous About the rewards In the role of Production Administrator, you will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week and the benefits include: A salary of £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience 40 working hours per week (Mon - Thurs 7.30 - 4.30 / Fri - 7.30 – 3.00).
