- Based either in our head office in Tamworth, Hadleigh, or remotely depending on location._
- Claims Settlement Agencies Limited are looking for Insurance Claim Handlers to join our fast growing team across various forms of insurance including travel, weddings, gadget, financial failure and personal accident. _
- Claims handling experience is essential._

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Handle claims from inception to conclusion, whether this be settlement or repudiation
- Assist the customer with any queries, whether this be via telephone or written communication
- Able to identify potential fraud and recovery opportunities
- Ability to manage own workload and assist with others where/when needed
- Able to work to daily minimum targets

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous experience in claims handling (preferably travel - desired but not essential)
- Computer literate
- Familiar with Excel, Word
