**About the job**
The successful applicant will be required to provide advice on a wide range of Council services, including library provision. You will be required to work collaboratively with various partner organisations to provide a holistic service, whilst ensuring excellent customer service, face to face or by telephone, is delivered at all times.

You will act as a mentor to other officers and provide support to them and the assistant hub manager.

**What We Are Looking For From You**
You will require expert knowledge on delivering Library Services, Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction and Housing. You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, work well in a team and have a flexible approach.

You will have exceptional communication and IT skills and the ability to resolve disputes in a positive and constructive manner.

**Additional information**
The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, and/or community languages would be an advantage.

Weekend and evening working will be required on a rota basis and location of work may vary.

This vacancy is suitable for job share.
