**The job**:

- To manage data flows between departments, sub-contractors and customers.
- To ensure the all relevant information is relayed to all affected areas.
- Plan vehicles and allocate drivers.
- Respond to incidents and changes throughout the night.
- To ensure that our Traffic Management System contains both accurate pricing and accurate costs.
**Experience/ qualifications and skills required**:

- Ability to work in a fast pace, ever changing environment.
- Good understanding/knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Additional skills preferred**:
Preference will be given to applicants with previous Customer Service, or similar, experience
