Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm

Chatham Glyn Fabrics has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Services Assistant, the role will be based in our offices in Rochford, Essex.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing first line customer support over the telephone.
- Advising customers of out of stock items.
- Updating customer backorder file and calling customers with ETA’s
- Dealing with courier queries and arranging collections, including oversees customers
- The cutting and sending of customer sample requests.
- Franking letters, general post and taking to the post box
- Welcoming visitors and offering hot drinks for meetings
- Assisting with other Ad hoc duties when required

Key Skills and Experience:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Flexible, friendly and enthusiastic attitude required.
- Ability to work on own initiative and meet tight deadlines.
- Accurately follow written instructions and SOP's.
- Attention to detail.
- Willing to perform other duties as and when required.

We are looking for someone with a good attitude towards work, who is willing to learn and become an important member of our team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
