An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established independent electrical wholesaler with 7 branches and a Renewables division located across Sussex and Kent.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our fast-paced and thriving team at our Shoreham branch in West Sussex. We are looking for someone enthusiastic and ambitious with experience within the electrical wholesale or construction industry, to work alongside the existing sales force and support the smooth running of a busy electrical wholesale branch.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Offering expert product advice and recommending suitable solutions to customers.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Managing quotes and pricing, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, new products, and company promotions.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (preferably within the electrical wholesale or trade industry).
- Strong product knowledge of electrical products is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for sales.
A Full, clean UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
