**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking for Visual Comfort Europe’s social media channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s sophisticated luxury aesthetic.
- Write compelling and on-brand copy for the website and other marketing materials.
- Work with agencies to manage paid advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results.
- Coordinate with the PR agency, Camron Global, to secure press coverage and develop impactful media relationships.
- Explore opportunities to establish and grow an affiliate marketing program to expand reach and drive sales.
- Support the planning and execution of showroom events, helping create memorable experiences for clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute creative, actionable ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the UK and Europe.
- Anything else required to support the overall department objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proactive and self motivated.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces a hands-on approach.
- Passionate about luxury brands.
- Passionate about interiors and/or home decor.
- Has a creative vision coupled with critical thinking and business acumen.
- Is detail-oriented and highly organised, with strong project management skills.
- Strong creative vision and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus).
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with an ability to craft engaging and on-brand content.
- Knowledge of current marketing platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- A proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious & keen to build your marketing career.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar marketing role is essential (experience in luxury or lighting an advantage).

**Job Details**:

- Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
- Location: Worthing, United Kingdom (fully office-based role)
- Salary: Dependent on experience
