**An overview of the role**:

- First, and foremost, you will help clients optimise their supply chain operations by critically evaluating logístical processes for strengths and weaknesses and recommending tailor-fitted solutions, from small fixes to massive restructuring. You will support and help to lead the Logistics design and operational delivery of transformative supply chain solutions for leading multi-channel retail and consumer product companies.
- You will draw on your supply chain expertise and industry knowledge to develop cost-effective solutions to make procedures more efficient and work collaboratively with Capgemini colleagues and our clients to support them in understanding the challenges they face, to develop and land solutions in their business.**The work**:

In order to achieve this growth ambition, we are recruiting high calibre supply chain Senior Consultants and Consultants with Logistics Operations experience to bring new ideas and perspectives into our team and the work we do.

- You must be an expert at logistics management using data analysis and strategic thinking to strengthen a company’s logistics operations. You must excel at troubleshooting inefficiencies, coordinating complex processes, and collaborating with employees to execute changes in operations. As consultants, we may work with several companies simultaneously, dividing our time between staying in an office and visiting client warehouses or production sites.

**Why you?**
