We are a Multi Academy Trust currently based in Staffordshire and Derbyshire. We consist of 3 Secondary Academies and 4 Primary Academies. Following on from 10 years as a specialist Technology College, de Ferrers became an Academy in January 2011. It has grown into a large, split-site, co-educational institution catering for the full range of students from ages 11-18. In 2015 de Ferrers became the first school of Affinity Learning Partnership (a Multi Academy Trust). We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team at The de Ferrers Academy. In this role, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support to the academy, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. From managing records and data systems to assisting with communications and producing reports, your contributions will play a vital role in supporting staff and students alike. Key responsibilities include maintaining manual and computerised information systems, liaising with parents and staff regarding attendance, and providing administrative support for events, exams, and other academy functions. Proficiency with ICT tools and strong organisational skills are essential, alongside a friendly, professional demeanour.
