We require a receptionist for a busy doctors surgery in Hammersmith and Fulham

Previous experience of SYSTMONE is desirable

The role will involve front and back desk duties, document management and a vast range of administrative duties.

Using SystmOne in a GP environment and having some experience of various administrative duties such as scanning would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

- Handling calls and dealing with patients
- Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional
- General assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and visitors both on the telephone and in person

Duties will include
- Preparing prescriptions
- Registering new patients
- Scanning and filing documents

Requirements are:

- Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi task in a pressured environment
- Be able to work both as part of a team and independently.

Excellent customer service skills with a courteous and friendly disposition.

The role will give you a high level of exposure to many administrative tasks and is the perfect role for a talented GP receptionist who is keen to take on a new challenge.

Experience Medical receptionist (1 year preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
dividing screens, lateral flow tests twice a week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, W12 0PT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
