This in an exciting opportunity to work with Tierra Foods and the School of Computing and Engineering at the University of Huddersfield as a Research Assistant in Applied Artificial Intelligence to deliver a pioneering Monitoring, Reporting and Verification methodology for biomineralisation-centric food systems using Artificial Intelligence. This innovative collaboration is funded by Innovate UK and the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) through the Environmental Monitoring Innovation programme.
The School of Computing and Engineering is a research-intensive environment where academics and researchers are developing tomorrow’s technologies, with a strong focus in Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security.
You will join the Centre for Autonomous and Intelligent Systems which has a track record in publishing at leading international venues for Artificial Intelligence and its applicants and securing funding for research and knowledge exchange projects. The Centre is led by Prof. Mauro Vallati who has been awarded a prestigious Future Leaders Fellowship by UK Research and Innovation.
