**The Opportunity** With close to half a million people provided with their services, our client is exposed to a considerate amount of data, and are now presenting an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to sink their teeth into large and complex data sets; digging intothe data in a creative way to drive actionable insights.

Working closely with the MD and Business Support Team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to define analytics projects required to solve business problems and producing the appropriate dashboards for helpful insights
- Ownership of the analytics projects, including reporting from inception to delivery
- Become an SME in the various data sources
- Communicating discoveries and proposed action to the business and non-tech audiences, working as a collective with various business departments.

**Skills and Experience** We would love to talk to an agile and creative data analyst, confident in driving actionable insights and experienced in assisting the development of scalable and innovative data analytics solutions in a commercial setting.

Essential:

- You must possess a demonstrated understanding of **SQL** and **Tableau**, with hands on experience in your current day-to-day responsibilities.

Desirable (but not necessarily a deal breaker):

- You have lead analytics solutions using tools like DBT, Python, GCP, BigQuery, Github, Tableau.
- You have experience in building the infrastructure required for ETL from a variety of data sources / have used ETL tools such as Fivetran.
- Some experience of designing and implementing internal process improvements
