**Customer Service Partner** **Warrington, Hybrid. Free Parking** **9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (no shifts)** **£22k Basic salary** **The role** This role within our business is an Onboarding Partner, this vacancy sits within our Umbrella services team. Our Umbrella customers are self employed, or temporary workers using Brookson for our PAYE services, we ensure these workers are paid compliantlyand on time. As Umbrella Onboarding Partner you will be managing a caseload of customers new to Brookson to ensure each individual is onboarded seamlessly and set up for success, completing structured welcome calls within set timeframes, this includes both proactiveoutbound calls and inbound calls. The welcome call is designed to ensure customers understand the network of support available to them. You’ll be providing details on frequently asked questions, supporting with advice on how to access our platforms / portalsand where to go to for specific information such as how to submit a timesheet, where to access payslips, what date they can expect payments and more. Once a customer has gone live their queries would then go to your colleagues within the main customer serviceteam. Your focus will remain on your caseload of new customers, working to quality focused outputs and KPIs. The ideal role for those with customer service experienced gained within a financial services or accountancy setting to be a customer service champion with our specialist Umbrella customer group. **Requirements**: For this role we require previous phone based customer service within a financial services or accountancy setting. You’ll be someone who is passionate about providing the best possible customer service. With excellent communication skills you will be ableto adapt your approach to the person on the call, making the complex simple and asking the right questions to make sure the customer receives the correct answers. A strong team player you will be someone who enjoys contributing towards a wider customer servicedepartment. You’ll be good with systems and technology as this role does involve using a range of our inhouse systems plus widely used systems such as Microsoft Office.
