We are looking for people to join our **amazing team of driven people **at our office right in the centre of **St Albans, Hertfordshire**. We take pride in our strong team dynamic, whether that's through collaborative face to face working at our office or virtually with our flexible **hybrid working policy**.

As a **Trainee Recruitment Consultant**, you'll manage the whole recruitment cycle including:

- Managing vacancies from start to finish
- Building relationships with clients
- Winning new business

**Training**

We will give you a **structured training and induction** and all the tools needed to understand the market and perform at your best.
