The Marketing Search is partnered with a leading online financial data platform. Trusted by top global banks and financial institutions, they are seeking a Head of Growth to join the business, and manage the B2C side of the business.

**Role Overview**: Lead the growth of our **B2C** business. Manage a team and oversee all B2C marketing efforts, driving revenue and profitability. Hybrid model (2-3 days a week in office)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **P&L Management**: Oversee financial performance, develop strategies to boost sales and profitability.
- **Team Leadership**: Support and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- **Customer Engagement**: Ensure high customer satisfaction, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Platform Improvement**: Enhance platform offerings, update content, and expand data tools.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify new customer segments and partnerships, and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Reporting**: Provide sales performance insights to senior management, and collaborate with B2B marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of B2C marketing experience, preferably in high-value digital products.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO.
- Proven track record of driving growth and achieving results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and financial management abilities.
- Familiarity with the finance industry is a plus.

Pay: £70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
