**We are currently looking for a Administrator (Bids/ Tenders) to join our Commercial Team. You will be part of a team that will provide support on all new business bids from identification through to submission and commercial consultation.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside Subject Matter Experts to plan workloads, agree deadlines and share activities for bid related/bid writing activities
- Manage and monitor the bid inbox and tender portals to ensure Cloud21 can assess all opportunities accurately and swiftly.
- Support on the weekly bid management calls for the teams to track live opportunities and assess new opportunities.
- Actively track and monitor live bids, clarification answers and updates to tenders.
- Prepare the bid response documentation and support the compiling, editing and proof reading of proposals and ensure contributors provide information on time.
- Support in developing and maintaining a set of standard templates for less complex bids and continuously update and improve the bid resource library on SharePoint.
- Coordinate review meetings for bids lost, seek feedback and document lessons learned and action changes.
- Undertake ad-hoc admin duties to support the sales process such as updates to Salesforce, coordinate sales calls, arrange meetings and document actions.

**Previous experience/qualifications**:
Ideally, your previous experience will include:

- Strong written, verbal influencing and creative communication skills
- Highly organised with strong time management
- NHS experience (desirable)
- Strong IT skills utilising various software/CRM systems
- Experience in coordinating tender/framework responses

**Experience**:

- NHS: 1 year (preferred)
