**THE COMPANY**

This is an opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading charities as a Senior Analyst, focusing on increasing fundraising and engagement. This charity provides support for young children with cancer and their families, meaning you would play a vitalrole in maximising supporter donations.

**THE ROLE**

The successful Senior Analyst responsibilities will include:

- Maximising fundraising through deep-dive analytics e.g. propensity modelling
- Utilising SQL based tools and FastStats
- Work with long-range forecasting models to assess regular income from fundraisers
- Work on getting supporters to subscribe, understanding trends around attrition and cancellation
- Assess marketing campaigns and ways to increase engagement e.g. Different channels - TV, door-to-door, social media and venue sign-ups

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

The successful Senior Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

- Experienced with SQL, Python or R
- Experience in customer and marketing analytics, with knowledge of retention and attrition
- Ideally you will have mentored junior members or managed a team
- Able to communicate effectively within a team

**THE BENEFITS**

The successful Senior Analyst will receive a salary of up to £35,000, plus an array of additional benefits. As well as this they will pay for your Level 5 Data Fellowship qualification.
