As part of our expansion plans, Servoca Nursing and Care are now hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Deputy Branch Manager for our offices in Darlington. We are now looking for a senior recruiter to join the team. You will be focussed on building anew local nursing, care and support desk, so previous sales experience would be ideal - any temporary recruitment experience would be great.
Ours is a fast paced, busy environment that values integrity, resilience and innovation. We are based very close to the town centre, with ample parking and in a newly refurbished office suite. We would welcome enquiries from temporary recruiters or salespeople keen to make the move into recruitment. The roles itself is developing a new desk within private nursing and care recruitment.
**Servoca Nursing & Care** provide nurses, support workers and healthcare assistants to nursing and care homes. You should enjoy all aspects of sales & business development, staff recruitment & resourcing, service & planning, to help you maximisebusiness opportunities and promote the range of services offered by the company.
**The Role**
You will be trained on all aspects of recruitment, as well as undertaking the Recruitment and Employment Confederation's certificate in recruitment practise - CertRP - if you've not done it already
