This means generating new business as well as finding the right candidates for the roles. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying prospective opportunities to increase sales activity. Skills: Commercial and analytical awareness Able to develop trust and long-lasting relationships Able to adapt to change Driven with a passion to succeed A team player Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload Effectively manage your own time to achieve targets Experience required: A proven track record of delivering results in a recruitment environment. This is also a warm desk with a wealth of clients and candidates to contact and build relationships with. There will be opportunities for you to place candidates and work with clients across the whole of the UK region. You will get support, training and have career progression from day 1.
