BSW Timber Solutions, part of the BSW Group, runs a flagship distribution centre to service a major UK DIY retailer. Last year, we supplied over 5 million pieces of CLS and over 260,000 sheets of MDF to over 320 stores, so it is safe to say we’re busy but extremely efficient at what we do As we enter into spring, we are gearing up for higher customer demand of our timber and timber associated products, and now require a** permanent Warehouse Administrator **to support our distribution operations.

This position would suit an experienced Warehouse Administrator, who has knowledge of the logistics process. You must be accurate and methodical in your approach, and ideally can work on systems easily. It would be fantastic if you have experience on SAP/Hana (although this is not essential). Being competent on Word and Excel will be advantageous too. You must be able to communicate at all levels of the business, and not be afraid to use your own initiative. Assistanting the wider management team with administrative/assistant duties as requested and within the realms of your capabilities.

You will be employed under a 39 hour contract working rotating shifts of days and noon’s. Week 1 shift times are 6am-2pm (Days) and week 2 shift times are 2pm-10pm (Noon’s). On Friday’s we work a shorter shift (7 hours) with the day shift finishing at 1pm and afternoon shift finishing at 8pm.

Daily duties include:

- Run weekly reports
- Maintain stationery stock levels
- Print delivery notes and check shipment files
- Data inputting duties
- Provide support in all aspects of administration duties

All shifts come with 30 minutes of paid breaks, which can be spent in our newly refurbished employee facilities, as well as a free hot drink or snack from the vending machine.
