**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Warehouse Manager with administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the sales and finance departments to ensure the products are dispatched in a timely manner.
- Booking goods in and out and keeping stock sheets up to date.
- Dealing with stock queries.
- Booking transport and dealing with transport enquiries.
- Check and confirm all transport invoices.
- Raising delivery notes.
- Assist in and resolve any delivery delays.
- Production of works order and delivery notes and pallet labels.
- Sending commercial invoices to freight forwarders and communicating the relevant commodity codes to be used.
- Validate duty charged and commodity codes on overseas shipments.
- Check and report any delivery discrepancies.
- Communicate any invoice and/or delivery shortages/over deliveries.
- Liaise with other departments and warehouse on product availability and quality issues.
- Assisting in stock reconciliation between the company’s stock management system and 3rd party warehouse system.
- Any other relevant duties which may be required to ensure the continuous development of the business and strategy.

**Experience Requirements**
- Warehouse, freight management, import/export.

Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday

The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society and our customers, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
