This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions.

As a Programme Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in a national programme targeting 2040 for delivering a prototype fusion energy plant. This ambitious endeavour seeks people with credible and relevant experience in delivery.

The programme is currently led by the organisation, with leadership transitioning to a new Company to focus on the delivery of the prototype and the development of a fusion supply chain.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Diary Management and meeting coordination.
- Induction and Site Access.
- Data Management and record-keeping.
- Internal Communication.
- Purchasing.
- Recruitment Administration.

**Essential Requirements**:

- GCSE grade C and above or equivalent in English language and mathematics.
- Demonstrable administrative experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Discreet and professional approach.
- Demonstrable ability to cope with multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
- Excellent IT literacy and competency with Microsoft Office software.
